Every service is delivered by a therapist licensed by the State of Florida. If you’re not sure which one you need, call and describe what’s going on — that conversation is free.

Signature session

Oxygen chamber

You lie down in a pressurized chamber and breathe enriched oxygen for a full hour. There is nothing to do but rest. People book it after hard training, long travel, or a run of bad sleep.

First time? Call ahead. We’ll explain how the pressure change feels and whether it’s a sensible fit for you.

Long, flowing strokes at a pressure you set. The right place to start if you’re new to bodywork or mostly need to come down from a stressful stretch.

The same Swedish work, extended, with smooth heated stones resting on and gliding along the back, shoulders and legs. Heat reaches muscle that stays guarded under normal pressure.

Best for deep, stubborn tightness; anyone who runs cold

A full-length session from neck to feet, with extra time spent wherever your therapist finds tension holding. Pressure adjusts as we go.

A light, rhythmic technique that follows the body’s own drainage pathways. Far gentler than deep tissue — most people are surprised how little pressure it takes.

Your therapist is a licensed massage therapist registered with the Florida Department of Health, license MA 55164.

One session at a time

No membership, no contract. You book what you need, and we’ll say so plainly if a different service would serve you better.

We’re a small wellness and recovery practice on SW 27th Avenue serving clients across Miami. No conveyor belt, no rushed handoffs — one client in the room, start to finish.

Before your first visit.

How do I book an appointment?

By phone or text. Call (305) 643-0896 during business hours, or text (786) 355-2468 any time and we’ll reply with the next available slots. There is no online booking — we’d rather hear what you need before picking a service.

What are your hours?

Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm. Saturday, 9am to 2pm. Closed Sunday.

Where are you located, and where do I park?

1250 SW 27th Ave, Suite 305, Miami, FL 33135. Call from the lot if you have trouble finding the suite.
