We work by appointment so the room is yours for the full session. Same-day openings do come up — call and ask.

Tell us what’s going on and we’ll suggest one. As a rough guide: Swedish for stress, full body for all-over tightness, Swedish with hot stones for deep stubborn knots, lymphatic drainage when you feel puffy or heavy rather than tight, and the oxygen chamber when you’re run down or recovering from heavy training or travel.

Swedish massage is $100 for 60 minutes. Swedish with hot stones is $120 for 90 minutes. Full body massage is $120 for 60 minutes. Lymphatic drainage is $140 for 60 minutes. A single oxygen chamber session is $150 for 60 minutes; a 3-session package is $390 and a 5-session package is $575, currently on sale.

One hour for everything except Swedish with hot stones, which runs ninety minutes.

You lie down in a pressurized chamber and breathe enriched oxygen for the hour. It is quiet and there is nothing to do but rest. Your ears may need to equalize as the pressure changes, the same way they do on a plane. Wear comfortable clothing; there are no oils and no need to shower afterwards.

Not necessarily. Certain ear, sinus and lung conditions, and some medications, make it a poor fit. Tell us about your health history when you call, and check with your physician first if you have any concerns.

Zelle, cash, Cash App, CareCredit, and all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment is taken at the end of your session.

For massage, wear whatever is comfortable to arrive in; you’ll be properly draped throughout the session. For the oxygen chamber, loose comfortable clothing.

Yes, and many people do. Mention it when you book so we set aside enough time.

Bring written clearance from your surgeon or physician, and tell us when you call so we plan the right technique and pressure. Without clearance we’ll ask you to wait.

Yes. Calls and sessions run in English or Spanish, whichever is easier for you.
